Sky Heavens is a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, creative director, and proud Brooklyn native who has made her mark on stages around the world. With a signature sound that blends strength, soul, and vulnerability, she has toured nationally and internationally as a supporting vocalist for some of today’s most iconic artists, including Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Robin Thicke, OneRepublic, Melanie Fiona, and more.
It wasn’t long before Sky caught the ear of hip-hop legend Eminem, who handpicked her to join his Recovery band as the sole lead vocalist. She wowed audiences at NYC’s Yankee Stadium with a powerful rendition of “Stan” during the iconic Home & Home Tour with Eminem and Jay-Z, followed by performances at countless stadiums and arenas worldwide—including national and international TV appearances on BBC Radio 1, Saturday Night Live, and the MTV EMA Awards.
Sky’s eclectic artistry took center stage with her debut single and music video, “Hear Me Cry,” which premiered with MTV’s The Wrap. She was later recognized by the Recording Academy for her vocal work on Kanye West’s Grammy-nominated album The Life of Pablo.
Beyond the stage, Sky brings her signature passion and creative vision into every facet of her work—from music to beauty, wellness, and community impact.
She is the founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit United Luz Foundation, named in honor of her beloved mother, Luz. The foundation is dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and depression, especially within Black and Latino communities. Through partnerships with the NYC Family Justice Center, the Department of Homeless Services, and shelters throughout New York, Sky has helped support over 1,500 survivorswith healing-centered programs, professional clothing, and self-care experiences.
Her most recent release, “Light Within,” is a powerful anthem raising awareness around depression and domestic violence. With nostalgic ‘90s energy and a soul-stirring message of self-love, freedom, and healing, the single reflects Sky’s purpose: to be a voice for the voiceless and a light in dark spaces. Lyrics like “we are stars shining within the darkest” and “within the light you're seeking” offer a raw reminder that our power and light have always lived inside of us. While rooted in meaning, Sky is now back in the studio, preparing to release new music that celebrates self-expression, individuality, and the freedom to be unboxed and unapologetic.
